Terms of Use

Effective 31 October 2026

In short. ntgld keeps what you share, on your iPhone. The free plan keeps up to 100 things. ntgld Premium, a monthly or yearly subscription bought through Apple, keeps everything and adds smart sets and generated descriptions. It renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

1. Who provides ntgld

ntgld is a Small Academy product, published by Education for the Little Ones SRL (Reg. Com. J40/8099/2015, CIF RO34730646), B-dul Expoziției nr. 1C, Clădirea B2, Etaj 3, Sector 1, București 012101, Romania. Write to us at hello@small.academy.

For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) also applies. Where these terms and Apple’s EULA disagree about the app, Apple’s EULA prevails.

2. What ntgld does

ntgld saves what you share with it or add to it (links, pictures, notes, text), suggests tags, lets you search it and gather it into sets. It works on your iPhone; what you save stays there (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Your things

4. Free and Premium

5. Generated tags and descriptions

Tags, descriptions, smart sets and search by meaning are worked out automatically, on your iPhone. They can be wrong or incomplete. Don’t rely on them for anything important.

6. Using ntgld

7. Liability

We work to keep ntgld reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damage or for the loss of things kept only on your iPhone. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update ntgld and these terms. If we change the terms, we update the date at the top; important changes are announced on this site before they apply.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer. Write to us first at hello@small.academy; we try to settle every problem amicably. You can also turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro) or to the consumer authority where you live.
